PSN Store Problems *****RESOLVED*****

So yeah Samsado told me that the PSN Store is handing out 2 free games as a welcome back gift, cool I've been wanting a new game, so knowing me I turned on my PS3 and went to the store and went to download a game, the options

*PS+ 30 days free
*PS3 free game 1
*PS3 free game 2
*PSP free game 1
*PSP free game 2
*and some pixel game

I pressed 'free game 1' and purchased the inFamous game, and with my luck IT DIDN'T DOWNLOAD!!! I went to download it again and here are what options I had

*PS+ 30 days free
*PS3 free game 2
*PSP free game 1
*PSP free game 2
*and some pixel game

if anyone knows how I can fix this that'd be nice because I can't find a solution on their site, and when I call I get a computer -.-


**************************RESOLVED************************** I went to 'Account Management' and went to the 'Account Transaction' history/service list, clicked on 'srn' or what ever showed up and it showed me my download 'Welcome Back PS3 Free Game 1' if you had this same problem I hope this helped >.<
