Hey everyone, recently I "almost" did the facebook adventures but I was wary so i did some research and found several hack threats from using the app, (facebook is a hack city anyway)

However, this event has lead to speculation that people are getting hacked in MapleStory, most in which has their character losing mesos and equipment which would be the typical hacking setup. We don’t know if this would be Nexon’s doing which would be very unpleasant or hackers who were able to get the Nexon account information somehow.
If you recently linked your account doing this event, it’s most helpful if you would change your account password automatically to prevent being hacked.
UPDATE! This just in!
Apparantly, there’s a new hack that has been going around in hacking websites such as W8Baby in which a hacker can send packets in the Maple Trade System (MTS) to items inside to find an account ID. From there, the hacker could start using more packets to decode the password and PIC.
It’s most likely to be 100% true since there’s already tutorials on hacking websites but it’s still under suspision.
To avoid being hacked, take out items from MTS and do not buy anything.

It’s been confirmed, the MTS hack is one of the reasons for the hacking reasons.

Only thing I don’t understand is why they won’t compromise anyone for being hacked. Before, it was usually “oh, it was your fault that you got hacked. Maybe you got a keylogger.” when now it is actually because of the security in Nexon that was acknowledged. Though I understand the part of having the thought of “how to re-compromise” (rollback seems to much) but still

So as of right now MTS is unsafe, even though EL Nido finally got it.
Facebook MS Adventures is highly questionable
And if you dont change your password frequently apparently your at risk.
*sigh*
Edit: I forgot to mention keylogger sites, which almost every hack ware is now. Even if the hacks work, your being keylogged.
